Bugs: device, browser, which tool, and what happened. "The sweep clicks at the loop point on a Pixel 7 in Chrome" is a report we can fix the same day. "It doesn't work" is a mystery novel.
"The tone doesn't play": first tap the play button (browsers require a tap before any audio — that one's not us), then run the speaker reality check. Above 18 kHz, silence is usually the speaker's doing. If both check out and it's still silent, now THAT's a bug report we want.
